The following terms and conditions are between Inside Softwares, based in India, and its affiliates ("SkoolReady", "We," or "Us", "Our"), and all users (collectively referred to as "CLIENT," "Users" or "You"). By utilizing our services or products, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions for a better and seamless experience.
SkoolReady design and develop parent-friendly website and provide marketing services to generate leads and admissions with its well-thoughtfully developed Content Management System, Customer Relationship Managment Software and Student Information Software (ERP) for simplified administrative procedures which includes fee portal, enrollment process management, and attendance. Our services and softwares provides integrated platform for secure and trouble-free school administration. Our web-based software has numerous advantages when it is implemented in schools.
We reserve all rights to make modifications, or updates to our products without any prior notice to its users. It is the responsibility of the users to review the updated terms and conditions and adhere to them.
The client adheres to meaning the confidentiality of the agreement including your account credentials and other related aspects. You agree to utilize our services and software services for legal activities only and must not indulge in any illegal activities directly or indirectly. It includes any criminal activity, misleading other clients, or conducting unethical events that compromise our confidentiality and reputation.
Users must use the assigned login credentials to access our software as no unregistered username and password have access to our services. Stolen or shared credentials are strictly prohibited and strict action will be taken in such cases.
SkoolReady is focused and committed to protecting CLIENT privacy and personal information from outside threats. We take robust measures to secure user’s data with advanced security protocols. It includes but is not limited to encryption, secure passwords, and SSL network connections.
The Client agrees to pay all applicable fees for using our services and solutions. You must bear the one-time implementation and training charges. The payment by the user is to be made on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis depending on the final agreement with us. An official prior notice is required by SkoolReady if any client wants to discontinue our services or subscription.
Unless CLIENT cancels prior to the expiration of the current Subscription, SkoolReady will automatically renew the Subscription on each monthly, quarterly, or yearly (depending on the Subscription you have chosen).
SkoolReady reserves all the rights to suspend or terminate CLIENT service account without prior notice for any reason including, but not limited to, a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
No refund is applicable if the client chooses to cancel the services or solutions or subscriptions taken from us.
The agreement may be terminated by the written agreement of both parties.
CLIENT may be immediately terminated or suspended if in the future you develop any harmful interest toward us or others.
In the event of termination of the contract, all the data for the current year will be provided to the client.
SkoolReady cannot be held responsible for any losses and damages of any kind while using our services or software or subscription. SkoolReady will not bear any expenses for any suit or action that might be filed against the client for alleged voilation of the copyrights in the form of design, images, content or softwares. It will be sole responsibility of the client to deal with such cases.
