Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design initiatives from initial concept, wireframing, and user flows to high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Establish and scale a unified design system, ensuring consistent visual language, typography, color palettes, and component libraries across all digital touchpoints.
  • Design fully responsive website that optimize accessibility and usability across mobile, tablet, and desktop environments.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility, oversee the precise implementation of visual assets, and assist with front-end styling when necessary.
  • Advocate for parent-centric design by translating user feedback, stakeholder requirements, and web analytics into actionable design iterations.
  • Mentor junior designers and establish internal design best practices, file structures, and quality assurance workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional web design experience, preferably within education industry.

Tech Proficiency: Strong understanding of modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks to facilitate seamless engineering handoffs.

UX/UI Principles: Deep knowledge of user interface design patterns, responsive layouts, web typography, and WCAG accessibility standards.

Portfolio: A robust professional portfolio demonstrating a strong aesthetic sense, clean grid systems, and a track record of solving complex user problems through design.

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Inside Sales Executives who can engage school/university leaders, identify opportunities, and help them discover solutions that support their enrollment and growth objectives.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with decision-makers, scheduling consultations, and supporting the sales process from prospecting to proposal stage.

You will work closely with school/university owners, principals, directors, admissions heads, and marketing teams across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting.
  • Identify and research prospective schools, school groups, and educational institutions.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Engage with decision-makers (owners, trustees, directors, principals) to introduce SkoolReady’s services.
  • Understand the specific challenges and enrollment goals of schools and position relevant solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
  • Schedule introductory calls and virtual discovery sessions for the senior consulting team.
  • Maintain clean records in CRM.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Masters's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Educational Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
